Reformer Classes at Perfect Balance Studio
Experience the challenge and joy of Pilates. Get ready to improve strength, flexibility and balance with one on one or small group Reformer sessions
REFORMER PILATES: What is the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates? The primary distinction between mat and Reformer Pilates is the use of the reformer bed. Unlike mat Pilates, which relies on body weight for movement, Reformer Pilates incorporates resistance, offering a more challenging workout that ensures you feel the burn. The reformer bed is dynamic; depending on the springs you attach it changes the way the exercise works and feels. Like mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates also utilizes props such as resistance bands and magic circles to enhance each exercise session. NOTE REFORMER 1 and REFORMER 2 classes are on the schedule. If you have been taking classes with me for a while you can take 1 or 2. If you are new and have done an introductory class please start with REFORMER 1.
COST: Pilates Reformer Small Group Classes: $25 per class. Packages available. Call or email to book. Intro classes can be booked for new students. Drop ins available for experienced clients and posted on the ticker above weekly. Packages can be bought online.
One on One Reformer Sessions $72 per session. $40 per person for duets. Discounted packages available

Group Fitness Classes at Marigold Studios
Back to school means back to regularly scheduled programming! Adding two new group fitness classes and a couple more Reformer Sessions. Group classes are held at Marigold Studios at 105 Marigold Lane in Sequim. Class schedule has many offerings to choose from both morning and afternoon. The price for a drop-in Group Fitness class is $20 dollars. There are packages available bringing classes down to as low as $10 dollars per session. Specials and scholarships are also available for those who have a tight budget. Fitness fun and comradery should be accessible to all! Please reach out for more info.

Barre Fusion blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training for a versatile workout tailored to individual strengths. Utilizing ballet barre, balls, bands, and light weights, this class enhances flexibility, balance, and core strength while incorporating signature FUSES and Cardio Burst that targeted arms, legs, core and full-body sections, making it suitable for all fitness levels

Pilates with Barre. Pilates Mat utilizes the BASI block system repertoire to engage your powerhouse through essential movements, providing a strong foundation for a comprehensive full-body strength workout. Pilates with Barre combines traditional Pilates exercises with dynamic barre movements and weights to create a comprehensive total body workout. This class enhances strength, flexibility, and balance while providing a fun and engaging fitness experience.

Soul Strength - Grit and Grace combines heavy weight training with various modalities such as bodyweight exercises, bands, discs and balls to enhance muscle growth and bone density. Join us for an engaging experience that challenges your strength while embracing the elegance of movement—it's time to lift heavy and redefine your fitness journey!

Learn ballet with Val who was trained in American Ballet Theatre’s National Training Curriculum. A program that embraces sound ballet principles and incorporates elements of the French, Italian and Russian schools of training.

SOULFusion is a fun pilates yoga hybrid class set to fun music. Great for strength, flexibility, mobility, stamina and overall fitness. Look for it to come back to the studio this fall.
SOULKickboxing is a fun cardio kickboxing class with punches, kicks, total body, fuses and cardio bursts all set to fun music.

Experience a dynamic fitness transformation with our PLAY Circuit class, where you will engage in a comprehensive workout that combines Pilates, jump rope, Reformer, TRX, boxing, step, and weights.
