Reformer Classes at Perfect Balance Studio
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. Please email valstewart@marigold-studios.com to register or call 360-461-7241 so you can get a free fitness evaluation and get booked into the correct “level” class. Beginning Reformer openings on Thursday at 1pm. Beginning Reformer 1 for all levels. Reformer 2 by teacher approval.
REFORMER PILATES: What is the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates? The primary distinction between mat and Reformer Pilates is the use of the reformer bed. Unlike mat Pilates, which relies on body weight for movement, Reformer Pilates incorporates resistance, offering a more challenging workout that ensures you feel the burn. The reformer bed is dynamic; depending on the springs you attach it changes the way the exercise works and feels. Like mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates also utilizes props such as resistance bands and magic circles to enhance each exercise session.

One on One Reformer Sessions $60 per session.

Group Fitness Classes at Marigold Studios
Group classes are held at Marigold Studios at 105 Marigold Lane in Sequim. The price for a drop-in Group Fitness class is $20 dollars. There are packages available.
ONLINE BOOKING. Select the class you would like to register. Note when booking, the price of the class will appear (20 dollars). If you have a package you will NOT be charged the base price of 20 dollars but the package price after class has been held. For single classes you can pay online in person. Just continue booking to save your spot.
Pilates with Barre and Strength. Monday at 3:00pm Pilates Mat utilizes the BASI block system repertoire to engage your powerhouse through essential movements, providing a strong foundation for a comprehensive full-body strength workout.
Pilates with Barre combines traditional Pilates exercises with dynamic barre movements at the ballet barre using ankle weights, bands, balls and blocks to create a comprehensive total body workout. This class enhances strength, flexibility, and balance while providing a fun and engaging fitness experience.
Grit and Grace Strength. Tuesday 4:30pm, Thursday at 9:00am & Friday at 10:00am Grit and Grace combines heavy weight training with various modalities such as dumbbell exercises, bodyweight exercises, bands, mini BOSU balls, blocks, ankle weights and Pilates balls to enhance muscle strength and bone density. Join us for an engaging experience that challenges your strength while embracing the elegance of movement—it's time to lift heavy and redefine your fitness journey!

Reformer Flow with Barre and Weights: Time and Day TBD: Small four person class with a seamless flow between Reformer and Barre. A Reformer-Barre hybrid flow blends the controlled, resistance-based movements of Reformer Pilates with the small, isometric, and sculpting-focused sequences of Barre. This combination builds tone, control, and endurance while engaging both strength and flexibility.
SSMB: Fridays at 11am. Senior Strength Mobility and Balance. Stay active, strong, and steady with this low‑impact class designed for seniors. Using chairs for support, resistance bands for gentle strengthening, and light weights for safe muscle building, you’ll improve mobility, boost balance, and build confidence in everyday movement. A friendly, feel‑good workout that helps you move with ease and energy.
Coming in June: Pilates on the Patio - Wednesdays at 10am. Take your workout outside with Pilates on the Patio—a refreshing blend of mat Pilates, light weights, and classic outdoor bootcamp energy. Strengthen, sculpt, and stretch under the open sky as you flow through core‑focused Pilates work, power moves like hill climbs and burpees, and high‑intensity bursts with jacks, kettlebells and battle ropes. It’s the perfect mix of mindful movement and outdoor grit, leaving you strong, energized, and sun‑kissed.and CORE it up!

Engage in a focused and tailored 55-minute personal training session that targets your unique fitness goals. With expert guidance, utilize a variety of equipment, including Pilates Reformer, PilatesTower, BOSU balls, TRX, weights, and bands, to improve your strength, endurance, and overall performance.
